INTERNEXCO GmbH has been founded in 1989 and incorporated in Frankfurt am Main. In 1997 the company moved to Eschborn. Since August 2005 the company is located in Bad Soden near Frankfurt am Main. Since incorporation its shareholding structure has undergone a number of changes and now it is a 100% affiliate company of Techsnabexport, Russia that has been one of its shareholders since the very beginning.
Historically INTERNEXCO GmbH was entitled to market broad range of products and services of the enterprises of the Russian nuclear industry, but the priority is given to the Nuclear Fuel Cycle. The company has strong long-term business relationships with European utilities and trading companies. Priorities are given to supply of enriched uranium, enrichement and conversion services. Natural uranium supply from Russia during the first years of the company's activity is gradually switched to natural uranium acquisition for use as feed material for export deliveries of the Russian enrichment and conversion enterprises.
